**Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Entering the house, the first bedroom is to the right down the hallway with a queen bed and has its own full bathroom. There is also a powder room(half bath) and bar top located in that downstairs hall. As you continue upstairs, there are 2 other rooms; BR 2-1 king with its own bathroom and BR 3- has a full bed as well as a bunk bed with fulls as well, including its own bathroom. Outside of that room is a bonus game/living area with a beautiful murphy bed(queen).

Clean & Close to Everything 2025-10-28

This home was spacious and bright with a cozy feel. The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the separation of space with the king master bedroom upstairs. The queen master downstairs is not as big as the pictures look. Hot tub was very big. Everything worked great. Our only complaint was the dog next door barked NON-STOP all night long. When I contacted the property manager on our 2nd night I was told there wasn't much they could do except go over there. Well, apparently they didn't because the 3rd night the same thing. Unfortunately, we didn't get much sleep. And we know the property manager is local because they came over and asked if we would mind if an electrician did some work outside. Other than that, it was close to all the amenities of S. Lake Tahoe and we were happy with everything else.

This is a stunning, well designed and comfortable home. I hosted a friends gathering of 8 and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and relax comfortably as well as prepare meals in the kitchen. The hot tub, grill, bedding and having the Tesla charger were luxurious benefits of this home. The location is one of the reasons we initially booked as well- you’re right next to coffee, bagels, breakfast and a dive bar for walkable needs and just a short drive ($15 uber) to stateline or Zephyr, as well as close to a Safeway. We hope to stay here many more times in the future if able. Thanks for be beautiful experience.

I will still rate 10/10 across the board, but our only issues were that none of the power outlets in the upstairs master worked (maybe a breaker issue or wiring issue) and the dishwasher had a slight moldy smell, and the shower in the bunk room didn’t drain well and had standing water for a couple minutes after each shower. There also weren’t parking passes at the house, which created some stress at first, but property management got back to us within the hour and said they weren’t needed at the time.

Otherwise a beautiful, luxurious, well located home. It looks like a gas line for a fire pit is currently being laid as well, which will upgrade the home even more for future stays!

Absolutely Fabulous Stay!
We had an amazing time at this VRBO home in Tahoe! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The big backyard was perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air, and the hot tub was absolutely amazing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—close to hiking trails, the lake, and great restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—can’t wait to come back!

Stayed for a long weekend with 3 friends and the house was perfect. Super clean, plenty of space, great backyard, big hot tub and a short drive to town. Highly recommend anyone considering this rental book now, 100% will be staying here again when coming back to South Lake Tahoe!

My family loved our stay at this beautiful and comfortable house. It was very well-equipped and met all of our needs. The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There was even a peek-a-boo view of the lake. Highly recommend!
