With this monitoring system neighbors will not be bothered with calling us if there happens to be a noise issue, we will be notified and will be able to resolve the problem immediately. We work differently than other companies, we are local! We don’t just rent out your property, we look after it also. We are available 24/7 for renters, owners, and neighbors, not just an answering service. Being able to get hold of us (the owners of WCPM) and not just an answering service goes a long way in customer service.
Housekeeping
We do not use a cleaning company; we hire and train each cleaner in house. This way we can oversee all cleaning procedures ourselves. Our housekeepers are assigned to the same home each time and they personally get to know each property inside and out.
