The kitchen at is thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming atmosphere, fully stocked with an ample selection of prep and serving dishes, including a variety of plates, coffee mugs, and wine glasses. This setup is perfect for families looking to prepare and enjoy memorable meals together. Additionally, the convenience of the coffee bar, complete with a welcome pack of coffee pods that complement the high-quality Ninja coffee maker, enhances the overall guest experience with these thoughtful touches.
In this one level home there are 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 have a queen. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a queen on bottom and twin on top. Bedroom 4 has a king and a private bathroom. There is a smart TV in bedroom 2, 3, & 4 plus the living room.

You may have 10 people at this house. There is only sleeping for 9 in beds.

NO BACHELOR/ BACHELORETTE PARTIES or any kind of parties at all!
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in all vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

We loved the home and had plenty of space for the 10 of us. We liked the formal dining and even had a nice dinner on vday. The hot tub is a nice touch. We had everything we needed too. Thank you!

Beautiful Home - Ideal Location 2025-12-23

The home was beautiful. Had a little trouble with the dishwasher and the code to the garage did not work. Also, you need to be careful when entering the front door as just to the right is a step down to the dining room, so if your hands are full and you cant look down, walk straight ahead and then turn right down the hallway to the bedrooms, do not try and cut across.
The location was ideal as we wanted to go into South Lake Tahoe and it was only an easy 4 minute drive.
Home was very clean.

The house is beautifully appointed, spacious and comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet very close to the lake, restaurants, everything South Lake Tahoe. We were with three of our four adult children, their spouses and two grandchildren...didn't feet cramped even with that many of us. Very, very happy to have found this gem.

We all loved the house! Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Entire home decked out with quality furniture and fixtures. We used the well equipped kitchen extensively. The backyard was fun to kick back in with comfortable furniture. The hot tub was clean , hot and worked perfectly (not my usual experience at rentals). The barbecue grill was new and worked perfectly as well. If I’d had more time, I would have wanted to use the Green Egg.

This was our 3rd time visiting Lake Tahoe in the winter, first time renting this house, we have always stayed farther on the South Lake side. The house was so cozy and set up so nice for our family. Everyone had their own space, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking (the chef in our group was very happy lol) and the back yard was amazing! Even though the weather wasn't great the kids definitely enjoyed the hot tub and playing in the back yard! The house was also just a short drive to the village for dinner and shipping! We didn't ski this trip, but being so close to the resort would have been perfect! We will definitely stay here again!
