*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in all vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

We stayed at this vacation rental place for 3 nights. The place is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The only issue was the water heater was not working when we arrived. The property management arrived the next morning to get it working. Overall, everything we needed was there. We’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend this place to others.

Such a great stay! We absolutely loved this house — super clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The backyard was amazing and we spent a lot of time out there grilling and hanging out. The BBQ setup was a big plus! The house had everything we needed and felt really welcoming. Check-in was super easy, and the hosts were great to communicate with. We’d definitely stay here again next time!
