This beautiful six bedroom, four bathroom house, with forest views, located in Kingsbury Grade, is the perfect venue for your winter vacation. It is perfectly situated - a short drive to both Heavenly and the casinos.

Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 5 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Thank you for renting from us. We are glad you enjoyed your stay in Tahoe. It is unfortunate that the last renter damaged the garage door. It's not something that could be fixed overnight. An entire new door is on order and we hope to have that fixed with in 2 weeks.

Thank you for choosing to stay with World Class Property Management Inc. As a reminder, our house accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, and we provide each guest with two bath towels, one washcloth, and one hand towel, and no more than that. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer available in the home, allowing you to refresh your towels as needed during your stay. We would like to clarify that, as per the house rules you agreed to, we do not provide bath soaps or hair dryers. We encourage our guests to remember what they read in the house rules and prepare accordingly prior to their arrival to ensure a comfortable experience. Regarding the fireplace, please note that it undergoes thorough cleaning every summer to ensure its proper maintenance, and we do not supply firewood. We understand that using a fireplace can be challenging for those unfamiliar with it making for a smokey situation.

Thank you for renting our home. We will take a very close look at the sheets and update them if necessary. We do not supply laundry soap, and we do supply 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.The price you paid was in the $3500 range for 3 nights, rents taxes and fees.
