On the third level, you’ll find access to the private hot tub as well as the master suite, complete with a king bed and full bathroom.
Perfectly situated for your Lake Tahoe getaway, this home provides an exceptional alternative to hotel lodging. You’ll be just minutes from world-class skiing, hiking, biking, boating, beaches, and casinos. Nevada Beach is only a two-minute drive away, offering wide sandy shores, stunning lake views, and towering mountain peaks.
Please note: This is a three-story unit, and there are two flights of stairs leading from the parking area to the front door.

*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 6 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

As of 9/27/2021 the owner is starting a full remodel of the bathrooms to be completed before winter. In the Spring of 2022 the kitchen will get a full remodel.

On 6/22/2020 this guest booked the property for July 24th arrival, and signed and agreed to our cancellation terms. 7 days later on 6/29/20 They sent this email. “Hello, Unfortunately, my group will need to cancel our trip scheduled for next month. How do I go about cancellation?” I let them know that we could do a 100% credit towards a future booking or a 50% refund. He then denied both and tried to take it up with VRBO. After phone calls and emails with VRBO the renter still decided to not take one of our offers of 100% credit or a 50% refund. He then decided to do a charge back with his credit card company. After we sent in all the emails and paperwork to his credit card company they sided with us on the mater. This is not something that happens very often and we do our best to try and work something out with the renter. This renter did not want to work anything out and it ended badly.

The carpet has just been cleaned as of 8/15/18. We clean the carpet regularly.

Thank you for staying with us. It specifically says in the advertising that there are stairs to the unit and that it is 3 stories.

It is right on the email saying to get the rental contract back to us before your stay. As soon as we got that they got the code to get into the house.
